Payment for services is made through the website using the Stripe payment system.

The payment applies to the portal, not to the number of users using the product.

When the subscription ends, you are given 2 weeks to export data from the portal. After that, the portal will be deactivated, and for another 14 days, all your data will be stored. After this period, all information will be permanently deleted.
